Returns & Refunds

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@impactful7.store with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@impactful7.store. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
